Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current Technician Registration in Good Standing with applicable board of pharmacy
  • Active State Pharmacy Technician License or certification as required in the state
  • Compounding experience required
  • Ability to operate computer and laboratory equipment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill prescription orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized compounding area.
  • Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of compounded medications to patients.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels of compounding materials and supplies.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, standards, state regulations, and pharmacy policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration.
