Provide professional pharmacy services including vaccinations, MedsChecks, DAA Webster pack checking, and Staged Supply, with no opioid replacement therapy. Deliver expert patient counselling and dispensing services. Support the dispensary with Webster packing and coverage as required.

Guide and support team members to deliver excellent service in a collaborative environment. Drive sales and achieve KPIs while fostering a safe, compliant, and customer-centric setting. Help drive continuous improvement in operations and customer service.

Requirements

Passion for community pharmacy and patient care
Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe, high-quality services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Retail pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
Proficiency in prescription dispensing
Proficiency in patient counselling
Proficiency in vaccination administration
Proficiency in unit dose packaging

Responsibilities

Support the dispensary, including Webster packing and coverage as required
Provide professional pharmacy services including vaccinations, MedsChecks, DAA Webster pack checking, and Staged Supply
Deliver expert patient counselling and dispensing services
Guide and support team members to deliver excellent service
Collaborate with team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
Foster a safe, compliant, and customer-centric environment
Drive continuous improvement in operations and customer service
