The Office of Pharmacy and Clinical Support Services seeks a licensed registered Pharmacist to serve as Clinical Pharmacist at the Facility. The role operates in an interdisciplinary setting for matters related to pharmacological uses.
This position performs fundamental pharmacist duties while functioning as the Clinical Pharmacist. Daily work centers on monitoring and supporting medication therapy within the state facility environment.

Requirements
- Current license as a registered Pharmacist in Illinois
- Ability to practice in a state Facility under Department of Human Services
- Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements for RC063 unit
Responsibilities
- Perform fundamental pharmacist duties in the Facility setting
- Function as the Clinical Pharmacist for pharmacological matters
- Monitor medication therapy within an interdisciplinary team
- Provide clinical support services aligned with Office of Pharmacy standards
- Apply state and federal pharmacy regulations to all orders and records
