Oncology Pharmacist

Spire Little Aston Hospital has an opportunity for an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our bank team. You’ll be a part of a specialist oncology and haematology service, supporting the safe and effective delivery of chemotherapy treatments within a patient-focused environment.

In this role, support the delivery of a comprehensive oncology pharmacy service and liaise with nursing teams to manage daily patient workload. Screen prescriptions and ensure chemotherapy is prepared and available, while reviewing patient results to assess fitness for treatment.

Release medications at discharge, provide patient advice, and conduct follow-up calls to monitor side effects and support patients. Work confidently and autonomously within a specialist service with strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
