About this role

Green Life Clinics, one of Australia's fastest-growing clinic and dispensary groups, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Assistant to join our modern, patient-centred dispensary. This full-time role is based at our Coolangatta, Toowoomba, or Robina clinics and supports our mission to make plant-based medicine simple, safe, and accessible.

In this hands-on, customer-focused role, you will support daily dispensary operations by assisting with prescription ordering, answering patient enquiries, queuing prescriptions for dispensing, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also manage OTC stock, maintain the stock register, and use our patient ordering portal to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • S2/S3 Community Pharmacy certification
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with eRx and ASL

Responsibilities

  • Supporting patients with prescription ordering and general enquiries
  • Answering phone calls and queuing prescriptions for dispensing
  • Maintaining accurate patient information and records
  • Following dispensary procedures to ensure efficient workflow
  • Invoicing and managing OTC stock
  • Maintaining an up-to-date stock register
  • Using the patient ordering portal
  • Assisting the pharmacist as required
