The Retail Pharmacist ensures patients’ needs are met and exceeded with remarkable customer service and excellent product knowledge.

Daily duties include dispensing medical cannabis medications based on physician recommendations and conducting individual patient consultations to determine optimal therapy. Pharmacists maintain inventory control, rotate stock as needed, and comply with state medical cannabis program regulations. They also submit and review the state prescription monitoring program while keeping accurate records.

The role demands energetic individuals with strong interpersonal skills who collaborate effectively and enjoy consulting customers to provide exceptional experiences. Team members inspire others through coaching and leading by example in a highly regulated industry. High integrity and commitment to doing the right thing are essential.
