Answer requests from Pharmacy Executives to fully support telepharmacy services daily. Assist customers with special orders, ensuring satisfactory receipt within agreed timelines. Maintain proper display and merchandising of waterfall displays for optimal customer experience.

Communicate management instructions to staff for proper execution. Promote a pleasant environment, foster teamwork, and create great shopping experiences. Observe ethical standards in all patient interactions and retail activities.

Requirements

A registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
Diploma or bachelor's degree in pharmacy, or a related field
At least 1 years of pharmacist experience or in healthcare / retail industry
Excellent clinical competency with a strong desire to provide and advance pharmaceutical care
Possess passion for people and the retail business

Responsibilities

Fully support the tele pharmacy service by answering requests from Pharmacy Executives
Make recommendations that contribute to the well-being of patients
Observe and abide by the Code of Ethics stated by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
Assist customers in placing special orders and ensure customers receive their orders satisfactorily and within the agreed timeline
Ensure proper display and merchandising of waterfall display
Communicate all instructions from management to your staff and ensure its proper execution
Promote a pleasant environment, foster teamwork and create a great shopping experience for our customers
