Retail Pharmacist - Part-Time

We are one of the largest employers of acute-care pharmacists in the United States. This role supports community health center retail pharmacies serving underserved populations.

Pharmacists deliver medication and pharmaceutical care, including patient consultation, medication therapy management, and high-risk patient management. Dispense medications safely and efficiently under manager supervision. Maintain open communication with customers and practitioner sites for consultation.

Participate in supervising technical staff and ensure compliance with best practices for 340B contract pharmacies. Organize and direct technicians' workflow, verifying preparation, labeling, order entries, charges, and inspections. Provide professional consultation to patients and prescribers at partner health facilities.

Work 16-20 hours per week with PRN on-call covering PTO, vacations, and rotating Saturdays across Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and optional Sonoma locations.
