In this role, you will oversee day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals. You will also handle clinical responsibilities such as drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, and prescription and non-prescription counseling.

You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners while managing inventory, team member scheduling, training, and management. Your work will involve identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs to develop and implement business growth strategies and plans.

Requirements

  • Canadian Pharmacist in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
  • Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
  • Injection Certification.
  • Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience.

Responsibilities
