You will plan, direct, and supervise team members in day-to-day pharmacy operations. Duties include technician hiring, filling prescriptions accurately, staff training, financial management, inventory control, scheduling, providing friendly service. You'll also oversee clinical services like immunizations and ensure adherence to corporate, federal, and state policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
- Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
- Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
- CPR Certification.
- 3 years of experience in retail/community practice.
- One year management experience (preferred).
- Working knowledge of pharmacy system, policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements in the state the unit operates in.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and supervise team members in the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy.
- Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
- Implement and execute pharmacy programs, including financial results, clinical services, labor, inventory, stock loss, security, patient services, and profitability.
- Educate and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
- Motivate team members to perform to their highest level and hold them accountable for results.
- Oversee clinical services, including immunizations.
- Responsible for staffing selection and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
- Ensure pharmacy adherence to all corporate policies, federal and state legal policies.
