This community health center pharmacist role focuses on delivering medication and pharmaceutical care in communities that are most in need.

Under the direct supervision of the manager, this position is responsible for dispensing and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of medications to all customers. You will also provide professional consultation to both patients and prescribers and participate in supervision of technical staff.

This position is located at CompleteCare Community Pharmacy in Vineland, NJ, with pharmacy hours Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-9:00PM, Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM, and Saturday 8:00AM-12:00PM. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required, PharmD preferred.
  • Active pharmacist registration in the state where the position is located.
  • Immunization certification or willingness to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Interpersonal relations and customer service skills.
  • 340B experience preferred.
  • May require vendor credentialing.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications and ensure safe and efficient delivery to all customers.
  • Maintain open communication and be available for consultation with customers and practitioner sites.
  • Participate in supervision of technical staff.
  • Ensure pharmacy compliance with best practices for 340B contract pharmacies.
  • Provide professional consultation to both patients and prescribers of partner health facility.
  • Organize and direct technicians' workflow, verifying their preparation, labeling, order entries, charges, and inspections.
  • Administer immunizations and provide medication therapy management.
