As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care and community outreach. This role is ideal for those passionate about improving community health through pharmacy operations and leadership.

Requirements
- Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers effectively.
- Expertise in analyzing data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
- Competence in analyzing financial data to make informed business decisions.
- Capability to manage a pharmacy, including overseeing staff and operations.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
- Experience administering immunizations and providing clinical services.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders and administering immunizations.
- Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels.
- Model and enforce proper customer service approaches to resolve customer needs within company guidelines.
- Oversee and participate in community outreach programs to encourage associates to serve as good community members.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews.
- Analyze pharmacy performance data to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Manage pharmacy financials, including budgeting and cost control, to make informed business decisions.
