Requirements

Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels.
Model and enforce proper customer service approaches to resolve customer needs within company guidelines.
Oversee and participate in community outreach programs to encourage associates to serve as good community members.
Ensure compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews.
Analyze pharmacy performance data to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Manage pharmacy financials, including budgeting and cost control, to make informed business decisions.
