As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead our team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to take care of patients in the community. This role is ideal for those passionate about patient care and community outreach, offering a great opportunity to improve patient care and community health.

Requirements
- Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers effectively.
- Expertise in analyzing data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
- Competence in analyzing financial data to make informed business decisions.
- Capability to manage a pharmacy, including overseeing staff and operations.
- Knowledge of Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Proven ability to lead and direct pharmacy staff.
Responsibilities

- Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve as good members of the community.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews.
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team, including pharmacists and pharmacy staff, to achieve operational excellence.
- Analyze financial data and pharmacy performance metrics to make informed business decisions and enhance patient outcomes.
