A rare Pharmacist opportunity at Lake Macquarie Private hospital to lead the medication management of cancer care patients through compounding, dispensing, clinical verification and counselling. Requirements

Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office
Team-oriented, enjoy collaboration and passionate about providing specialised patient care
Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care
Ability to perform aseptic complex compounding
