About this role

This is your opportunity to work at the cutting edge of cannabis-based medicines, supporting patients with complex, often life-changing conditions, in a setting that values your precision, expertise, and commitment to getting it right. You will join a passionate, forward-thinking team in one of the fastest-growing healthcare organisations in the UK, where no two patients or days are the same.

In this role, you will support Clinical Pharmacists by reviewing prescription requests and associated patient documentation prior to prescribing and dispensing. You will assess patient records to ensure eligibility for treatment in line with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, while identifying missing or inconsistent information and escalating queries appropriately.

You will work collaboratively with pharmacists, clinicians, and patient support teams to deliver a seamless patient experience, responding to internal queries relating to prescription processing and documentation requirements. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy of care.

Montu UK offers growth opportunities to collaborate across teams and represent the company at events, with support to develop your skills and impact.
