Enhance operational efficiencies and financial impact via data-driven initiatives while supporting advanced pharmacy practices with AI and machine learning. Optimize pharmacy systems, content updates, and utilize automation tools to construct clinical decision support rules. Interpret complex data to achieve actionable insights that improve health outcomes and reduce costs.

Assist in the development of predictive models to forecast medication trends, identify risks, and support value-based care. Ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper data governance across initiatives. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Tableau, Power BI, MS SQL, or similar tools.

Lead and contribute to process mapping, workflow design, and change management while supporting population health and targeted medication initiatives. Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist in IL, NM or TX
  • Experience using window-based word processing, spreadsheet and relational database software
  • Drug information skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of practice guidelines or practice parameters; pharmacoeconomics; quality improvement processes and techniques
  • Knowledge of medication use evaluation principles
  • Ability to remain at a workstation and perform computer entry for long periods of time
  • Skills to handle multiple priorities and manage communications professionally to achieve issue resolution
