About this role
Southern NH Medical Center's Pharmacy is dedicated to improving patient outcomes by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications throughout the facility. Our passionate team works hand-in-hand with healthcare providers to manage therapy, protect drug safety, and empower patients through education.
In this per diem role, you will interpret and safely implement all medication orders, manage emergent and urgent situations, and prioritize tasks collaboratively with pharmacists and technicians. You will also demonstrate financial responsibility regarding provider non-formulary choices.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Pharmacy, you will provide comprehensive professional pharmacy services for patients of all age groups. You will supervise Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Students in compliance with New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.

Requirements
- B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current licensure in the State of New Hampshire or eligible for licensure
- Previous hospital experience preferred
- Experience with chemotherapy treatments and handling preferred
- Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians and students per NH Board of Pharmacy rules
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills for emergent situations
