Requirements

  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required.
  • PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency required (significant experience may be considered in lieu of residency).
  • Board certification (BCPS, BCACP, or equivalent) within 18 months of hire required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • PGY-2 residency in ambulatory care or a related specialty preferred.
  • Expertise in 340B program operations and compliance preferred.

  • Deliver direct patient care focused on optimizing medication therapy outcomes.
  • Participate in population health initiatives and specialty pharmacy programs to improve care coordination.
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services to meet patient needs.
