This position provides patient care and advanced clinical pharmacy services within the ambulatory pharmacy space, including referral-based HOPD pharmacist-managed clinics, specialty pharmacy, and population health pharmacy services. Requirements

Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required.
PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency required (significant experience may be considered in lieu of residency).
Board certification (BCPS, BCACP, or equivalent) within 18 months of hire required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong customer service skills required.
PGY-2 residency in ambulatory care or a related specialty preferred.
Expertise in 340B program operations and compliance preferred.
