In this role, you will serve as the primary link between our patients, physicians, and pharmacy. You will accurately fill prescriptions by retrieving orders, counting, pouring, measuring or weighing medications, mixing or reconstituting as needed, and operating scanning equipment or automated dispensing systems to ensure prescription accuracy.

Requirements
- Must be currently registered in the state of Georgia as a Pharmacy Technician
- 2 years pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Experience in a retail pharmacy environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Accurately fill prescriptions by retrieving prescription orders; counting, pouring, measuring or weighing medication tablets, liquids, and creams
- Mix or reconstitute medications as needed
- Select, fill, and label prescription containers
- Operate scanning equipment and/or automated dispensing systems to ensure prescription accuracy
- Accurately input necessary data to keep patient records up to date
- Analyze and review data for completeness and accuracy of documentation according to specified standards
- Serve as the primary link between patients, physicians, and the pharmacy
