About this role
Licensed Pharmacy Technicians fill prescriptions in compliance with laws and company policies while assisting with monthly CII audits and maintaining records for controlled substances. They respond to inquiries from customers, physicians, and vendors, referring complex issues to pharmacists. Professional communication with team members and customers is essential.
Daily tasks include stocking pharmacy products, maintaining inventory levels, and training other technicians while adhering to training regulations. Technicians comply with company appearance standards and handle other duties as assigned. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and blood-borne pathogens is common in this role.
Team members work collaboratively in a pharmacy environment with flexible scheduling and weekend shifts required, including Sundays as applicable. Adaptability to changes in schedule and priorities supports smooth operations. Completion of state, federal, and company training programs is mandatory.

Requirements
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT) in Utah
- Continuing education as required by law
- Adaptability to changes in schedule and priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Completion of all state, federal, and company training programs
