About this role
Healthxchange seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of aesthetic and pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate is organised with strong attention to detail in a compliant, process-driven environment.
Receive and inspect incoming product shipments, verifying against documentation and reporting discrepancies or damages. Safely store products in designated areas, maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems, and monitor expiration dates for proper stock rotation. Accurately pick and pack orders while preparing shipments in compliance with regulations.
Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, work 42.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Collaborate closely with team members, pharmacists, and delivery personnel to coordinate workflow. Operate in a dynamic environment supporting innovation and growth in the medical aesthetic space.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or warehouse, or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy loads
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and storage requirements desirable
Responsibilities
