Requirements
- Licensed Pharmacist in Alberta
- Additional Prescribing Authority (APA) required
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

- Commitment to continuous professional development
Responsibilities
- Independently assess, prescribe, and manage drug therapy under APA
- Provide comprehensive medication assessments and follow-ups
- Deliver chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia)
- Administer injections and other expanded scope services
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide prescription and OTC counselling tailored to patient needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
- Manage clinic workflow, scheduling, and follow-up care plans
