Cardinal Health is seeking a highly motivated PRN Retail Pharmacist for Salud Clinic in West Sacramento. This role involves covering shifts as needed in a company-owned retail contract pharmacy serving community health centers. Pharmacists deliver medication and pharmaceutical care to communities most in need, including immunizations and medication therapy management.
Responsibilities include dispensing medications under manager supervision and ensuring safe, efficient delivery to customers. Maintain open communication for consultations with customers and practitioner sites. Participate in supervising technical staff while organizing workflow and verifying pharmaceutical preparations.
Work in an environment focused on HRSA compliance, 340B best practices, and population health management. Provide professional consultations to patients and prescribers at partner health facilities. Enhance patient access and quality of care through comprehensive pharmaceutical solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required, PharmD preferred
- Pharmacist registration in the state where the position is located
- Immunization Certification or willing to become certified within 90 days of hire
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Interpersonal relations and customer service skills
- 340B experience preferred
- May require vendor credentialing
