This position is responsible for providing assistance to pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives. It involves working with internal departments, external vendors, and members to evaluate and resolve pharmacy issues. The role also provides member support for programs and initiatives.
Employees collaborate across internal teams and with external partners to address pharmacy-related challenges. This telecommute role supports pharmacy operations remotely while maintaining strong member interactions. It requires handling complex issues in a health care/insurance environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in health care/insurance industry
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Managed care customer service experience
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills including ability to learn database software
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical names, types, uses, and other information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives

- Provide member support for programs and initiatives
