Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with ability to read and write English
- Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy or health care environment
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcare Association (NHA)
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) with New York State Education Department
- Self-starter with ability to think independently in solving routine customer service issues
- Ability to distinguish patient names and other written words on a pharmacy medication label
- Ability to perform all duties required of a pharmacy technician
