You will maintain working knowledge of pharmaceutical services, including drug distribution, central operations, and IV admixture. Provide clinical support in a fast-paced hospital pharmacy environment while ensuring adequate drug supplies. Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring and discharge instructions.

Requirements
- Successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure
- Current state licensure required
- BLS if required by state
- PharmD or BS Pharm preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
- Completion of hospital pharmacy residency preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture
- Provide clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times
- Correctly inform and instruct patients on drugs to be used after discharge
- Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs
- Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring
- Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement
